Student can volunteers by spending time volunteering at under a Service learning program. This gives students the opportunity to learn more about what goes on in other communities outside your home country and some of the challenges faced by the under privileged and thereby earn some school credits needed to graduate. Student volunteers usually spend a semester or two volunteering for few hours. They assist the people we support with work objectives, such as shredding paper, crushing paper, making logo buttons, packaging flatware, learning other skills from an organization.
