Volunteer's responsibilities To help the deprived acquire better and competitive education to pursue further studies and jobs aside the farming and hunting persistent in such areas To encourage the children and their parents to attend school. Due to the lack of teachers, students' performance has been nothing to help them pursue further studies or some other jobs. After the elementary education, the end up in the same old form of sustenance so the parents and even the youth see school attendance as a waste of time and chose to rather follow their parents to farms and hunting. By offering volunteers into these communities, lack of teachers will be managed whiles quality education shall be offered these children To create an enlightenment and evolution of the cultures and traditions practiced by the communities to accommodate norms and policies that will open them up for development. This will be made so through the exchange of culture that will take place between the volunteers and the residents of the communities/villages To offer volunteers a pure experience of the culture and traditions of the communities.
